The following terms and conditions are applied to the conferences approved for sponsorship by IEEE Iran Section:

1-Use of the IEEE Iran Section Master Brand (logo), IEEE Iran Section affiliation or any indication to its support is only permitted after IEEE Iran Section official approval.

2-Use of the IEEE Master Brand (logo) and possibility of indexing in IEEEXplore Digital Library, IEEE affiliation or any indication to its support is only permitted after IEEE official approval.

3-Misrepresentation is considered a violation of IEEE/IEEE Iran Section brand guidelines.

4-All conferences and conference proceedings must meet IEEE’s quality standards.

5-IEEE/IEEE Iran Section reserves the right for itself to cancel its sponsorship from a conference in case of any violations of its policies and remove the corresponding proceedings from IEEEXplore Digital Library (For more information regarding Preparing Conference Content for the IEEEXplore Digital Library, please visit here).

6-Technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Iran Section does not guarantee that the papers accepted for presentation at the conference will be eligible for inclusion in the IEEEXplore Digital Library. Conferences approved for indexing in the IEEEXplore Digital Library are only eligible to announce this approval using the following statement: “The papers would be submitted for inclusion in IEEEXplore Digital Library.”

7-The organizing committee of the approved conferences would be the only responsible party for preparing and sending IEEEXplore-compliant CDs/Electronic files to IEEEXplore Digital Library for indexing within 30 days from the conference end date.

8-The conference organizers as well as the authors are responsible to check that all their actions are in compliance with IEEE policy related to plagiarism.
