Our major responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Increase the participation, engagement, and visibility of women within IEEE, particularly in the IEEE Iran Section and Region 8.
Organize technical workshops, mentoring programs, professional development activities, and networking events for women in engineering.
Collaborate with IEEE Student Branches, universities, industries, and women-focused organizations to expand educational, professional, and leadership opportunities.
Identify the professional and workplace challenges faced by women engineers and propose practical and implementable solutions.
Promote accomplished women engineers as role models and support their participation in leadership and decision-making positions.
Recognize and publicize the achievements of women engineers through IEEE communication channels, awards nominations, publications, and special initiatives.
Strengthen professional networks among women engineers, researchers, faculty members, students, managers, and industry leaders.
