Papers written in English with the IEEE standards (Guidelines and Templates ), and presented at the conference may only be included in IEEEXplore Digital Library.
For the eligible papers to be included in IEEEXplore Digital Library, the authors have to transfer eCopyright to IEEE prior to publication. Papers must comply the IEEE standard format verified by IEEE PDF eXpress. The conference publication committee is responsible to check and approve these requirements for all the papers.
